Directions for Use:
- Open stick pack and evenly dispense OneTAB Sinkside Powder into a sink containing 7–14 gallons of water (OTSS-LS).
- Soak and clean endoscopes or instruments for a minimum of two minutes to remove bioburden. Increase cleaning time for endoscopes or instruments with visible bioburden.
- Remove endoscopes or instruments. Rinse thoroughly with tap, distilled, or sterile water.
- Follow proper cleaning protocols set by your facility and society guidelines.
The product’s intended use is for manual cleaning of endoscopes and surgical instruments at sinkside or in an ultrasonic cleaner. The product is not a high-level disinfectant and should only be used to clean devices prior to high-level disinfection or sterilization.

Sinks and ultrasonic cleaners.
Warnings and Precautions:
- The product should never be reused as this may lead to cross-contamination
- The product should only be used by qualified personnel with training in endoscope and surgical instrument reprocessing procedures. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should be worn when using this product.
- Original Equipment Manufacturer’s guidelines regarding the acceptable care, cleaning, and maintenance of each individual endoscope and surgical instrument should be reviewed prior to any cleaning procedures are performed.
- CAUTION: Do not consume or swallow the product. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Keep away from children. Discard used solution. DANGER: Causes eye irritation. May cause skin and respiratory irritation, allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled. Wear respiratory protection if ventilation is inadequate. IF SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth.
IF INHALED: Breath comfortably. IF ON SKIN: Wash with soap and water. If irritation occurs, get medical attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse carefully for several minutes. When comfortable, remove contact lenses and continue rinsing. SEE SDS for additional information.
